The 6th Annual Cy-Man Triathlon will be held at BIG CREEK STATE PARK again this year! Cy-Man will be held on September 13, 2009 at 10AM. Distances are 500 yard swim, 14.3 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run.

Fundraiser
Proceeds form the Cy-Man Triathlon go to the Iowa State University Triathlon Club and to local Charities. Last year we gave $2,000 to Special Olympics on behalf of Candace Batts who helped organize last years race but tragically died two months later in a car accident. The rest of the funds raised help the ISU Triathlon club travel to the Collegiate National Triathlon in Lubbock, TX.

The Cy-Man Triathlon is proud to be a Heart of America Triathlon Series event alonge with 9 of the best triathlons events in the Midwest.
Midwest Collegiate Triathlon Conference (MWCTC) Series
The Cy-Man Triathlon is also proud to be part of the Midwest Collegiate Triathlon Conference race schedule. Some of the top collegiate athletes from Iowa to Ohio will compete in the event. All collegiate registrants will receive a HEATHLY college discount (See Registration page). Please contact tri.cyman@gmail.com to request a home stay.
Awards/Divisions
Standard USAT age groups will honored in addition Collegiate Awards for the top three male, female, and team awards.
