Swimming Workouts

M - 7pm at State Gym
T - 4:30pm at State Gym
W - 7pm at State Gym
R - 4:30pm at State Gym
F - No bike practice
Sat - 10:30am movie spin

All practices will be held indoors except when exceptional weather arises. Indoor practices will be on cycle-ops fluid trainers and are structured similar to a health club spin class with the exception of the movie spin where we just build base endurance while watching a movie. Don't have a bike, no problem! The club owns 16 bikes so stop by and check it out!

ISUTC holds bicycle practices often. When the weather is nice we ride outdoors and when it is not so nice we get out the indoor trainers.

The club owns 10 indoor cyclops trainers and four bikes. So, if you don't have a trainer or a bike we got you covered.

General Bike workout information:

We usually have at least four practices a week when school is in session and sometimes up to eight depending on everyone’s schedules. We try and make so that everyone can get to two or three rides a week. These practices will be set up at the first few club meetings make sure you are there.

Indoor trainer rides are held in the basement of State Gym. Look for the boxing ring. If you see it you are in the right area.

Outdoor rides meet at various places but the east side of State Gym is a common meeting place because it by the clubs locker. If the ride is meeting someplace else it will be posted.
