Swimming Workouts

Sun 1:00-3:00pm - Beyer Hall
Tues 6:30-8:30pm - Forker Hall
Thurs 6:30-8:30pm - Forker Hall
Workouts typically take ~1 Hour but we have the pool for 2 hours to be flexible with everyone's schedules.
We have three different swim workout groups for beginner, intermediate and expert swimmers. All swim workouts will have at least one coach present to help lead drills, evaluate technique and answer questions.
