Sun 1:00-3:00pm - Beyer Hall
Tues 7:30-9:30pm - Forker Hall
Thurs 7:30-9:30pm - Forker Hall

Workouts typically take ~1 Hour but we have the pool for 2 hours to be flexible with everyone's schedules.

We have three different swim workout groups for beginner, intermediate and expert swimmers. Swim workouts will have at least one coach present once a week to help lead drills, evaluate technique and answer questions.
